Lorem ipsum is a term for completely meaningless text—sometimes called placeholder text or gibberish—intended for use in design mockups for brochures, magazines, advertisements, websites, and more, in place of the final real text until actual copy is available.
If the relevant text does not yet exist during the design sketch phase, it is not recommended to place other real text. The reason is that when presenting a sketch with readable real text, the viewer will automatically start reading the text, and if the text content is not relevant to the work being presented – this will distract from the design.
